Hackensack University Medical Center has requested the review of its Certificate of Need application to transfer the ownership of Pascack Valley Hospital by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services be rescheduled. As you are aware, the application had been scheduled for review by the State Health Planning Board on July 23.

It was determined that it would be prudent to postpone the application to give the medical center additional time to prepare for the presentation to the State Health Planning Board. HUMC will work with the State to coordinate an alternate date to present this application. Once a new date is determined, you will be updated. Thank you for your support of this important project.
